Located in Tuzla – Akfırat Region, the land of 250,000 m2 is adjacent to Intercity Istanbul Park and Okan University. Prepared as a concept project, this project consists of private and different villas, each of which has a unique design. On the upper level of the land, it has been designed to serve the villas and the region, with a shopping center, entertainment-activity center, social facilities, sports and health facilities, and at a quality and scale to serve the region.
