Kadıköy Municipality Service Building has been redesigned by synthesizing it with the local context without being detached from the urban context. By seeking solutions to the problems of "de-identification" and "de-localization", a design that carries the identity of the place, includes a sense of belonging and place, is consistent with its surroundings, and has its own unique architectural language has been targeted. The main starting point of the project is to design a readable structure that adopts sustainability as a principle, carries environmental responsibility, captures the urban and human scale, and provides public use. A holistic view has been brought to the mass that is fragmented at the human scale at the urban scale. In this context, the building is not only considered as a municipality building, but also as a public space where urban potential will be revitalized.
