​Emlak Konut Dursunköy School Project is one of the new investments in Istanbul Airport Region. As an extension of the upper scale decisions made in the region, educational units that will support the new housing investments are also positioned.

The educational structure has a low-rise horizontal architecture and has its own front garden, activity and sports areas behind it. Brick cladding was preferred on the facade.
