In this study, which was handled within the scope of Kağıthane Municipality urban transformation project, a project of 6 blocks and 180 houses in total was designed by combining two islands. By taking advantage of the slope in the land structure, the resulting basement floors were planned for residential use in line with the zoning conditions.
