Located in the Üsküdar Yavuztürk District, this project has a closed area of approximately 15,000 m² and consists of 3 separate residential blocks. The blocks, each with 4 flats on each floor, are connected to each other via a closed parking lot on the ground floor.

In the project developed within the scope of urban transformation, various revisions were included in line with the demands of the existing flat owners.

The project license, implementation projects and detail projects have been approved by Üsküdar Municipality and the tender process has been completed.
