This land located in Eyüp District – Kemerburgaz Location has been allocated to Galatasaray Sportif Sanayi ve Ticari Yatırımlar A.Ş. for use in sports activities. The architectural preliminary project has been approved by the Eyüpsultan Municipality Zoning Directorate, and the necessary project stages for the club allocation process have been completed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, General Directorate of National Real Estate. During the project approval process, the necessary opinions were received from relevant institutions such as TEİAŞ, General Directorate of Highways, Forestry, İSKİ and TSK.

The architectural project was designed with a holistic approach to cover all requirements, including athletes' accommodation needs, sports facilities, transportation connections, sports fields and supporting equipment.
