This 250,000 m² land located in Tuzla – Akfırat Region is adjacent to Intercity Istanbul Park and Okan University. The design, which was developed as a concept project, consists of different types of private villas, each with its own unique architecture. On the upper level of the land, there is a shopping center, entertainment and event areas, social facilities, sports and health facilities that will serve the villas and surrounding settlements. These areas are designed with a scale and functionality to meet the needs of the region.
