​Located in Kartal District, this urban transformation project was developed within the scope of the Flat-in-Return Construction Agreement between the owners and Kiptaş in accordance with the agreement of the owners with Kiptaş.

The project, consisting of a total of 7 blocks and approximately 600 apartments, has 5 different block types. There are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 apartment types in 2 blocks with residential and commercial functions. The project aims to offer a settlement model that is far from the closed site concept; it is permeable within the neighborhood texture but has interior gardens within the structure block.

Considering the static and current earthquake regulations, a cantilever-free and conventional column-beam system was preferred. In line with the topographic structure of the land and the plan notes of the Kartal Municipality, a structural system with 1 basement floor and additional foundation piles was designed.
