Emlak Konut Okmeydanı Project is an urban transformation project located within the borders of Beyoğlu Okmeydanı. The project area, located in an environment dominated by the neighborhood texture, contains existing buildings whose basements are partially or completely exposed due to its sloping topography.

The new project consists of a total of 21 blocks and foresees a commercial development in the central axis. With its two-way inner courtyard arrangement, the project aims to offer social facilities to its residents. In order to adapt to the conditions of the sloping land, the basement floors were placed in stages and integrated with the topography.
