Located in Sancaktepe-Samandıra District of Istanbul Province, this project consists of a total of 13 residential blocks. The blocks facing the main street are designed with a Housing + Trade function and integrated into the trade axis in the region.
In the settlement planned as three building blocks, each block has its own open parking lot and social facilities. It is aimed to provide an economic advantage by choosing an open parking lot instead of a basement parking lot.
