The Reserve Area located in Körfezkent District of Kocaeli Province is being evaluated within the scope of TOKİ's Körfezkent Housing Project. The project, consisting of a total of 54 blocks, was designed in line with economic solutions with a minimum basement floor application. Compact and functional living spaces were created in the project planned with horizontal architectural principles with 4 apartments on each floor. In the facade designs, the economical approach was maintained by preferring low-cost coatings such as plaster and paint.
