The Architectural Preliminary Project was approved by Eyüppsultan Municipality Directorate of Reconstruction, and the necessary project stages were provided by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the General Directorate of National Real Estate, on the allocation of the cottage.
