Emlak Konut Okmeydanı project is an urban transformation project located in Beyoğlu Okmeydanı. The surrounding of the land has a neighborhood texture and the existing land has structures with exposed basement floors with its sloping structure.

The new project, consisting of 21 blocks, targets commercial development in the middle axis. With its 2-way inner courtyards, the project aims to provide social facilities to its residents. Due to the sloping land structure, it settles on the land with the basement floor structure that is set and stepped.
