Emlak Konut Arnavutköy Project is one of the newly made Istanbul Airport Region investments. Horizontal architecture was preferred in the project consisting of 11 blocks. Low-rise buildings have been designed in accordance with earthquake regulations, and construction without a console has been made.

The main street façade works as Commerce + Residence, while it is aimed to create a new trade axis, it is surrounded by residences. The inner garden serves as a courtyard for the residences.

The building forms are shaped by the boundaries of the land, and the facade tones, which include earth colors, vary within themselves, and it is aimed to bring a simple but non-repetitive language to the region.
