Located in Kocaeli Province, Körfezkent Location, the Reserve Area is used for TOKİ Körfezkent Housing Project. This project, consisting of 54 blocks, proceeds on the axis of economical solutions with as few basement floors as possible. This project, which is handled with a horizontal architectural understanding from 4 flats on the floor, has compact living spaces. Facade uses are shaped as plaster + paint, and the economic understanding is maintained.
